Official HTHS Transcript Request

In an effort to maximize student safety during the school day, Hamilton Township High School now requires students to make their official transcript request by completing the attached Transcript Request Form located below.

You will need to fill out the form entirely, and provide stamped envelopes already addressed to where you would like the requested transcripts to be sent. There is a $3 fee charge for each transcript copy requested which needs to be paid by cash or money order. Hamilton Township High School does not accept checks as a form of payment for transcript request.
