Scheduling for 2025-2026: Finding your "E"
Scheduling for HTHS students for the 2025-2026 school year is underway. Please refer to the HTHS Course Registration Guide for more information regarding course offerings for next year.

Students wishing to set up an appointment with their school counselor can make their request through this Google Form link. Your school counselor will reach out to you when a time becomes available (which may take 1-2 school days).
Transcript Request Form (For Current Students)
Current students that would like a high school transcript sent to a college, trade school, or military recruitment office can complete this transcript request form. Requests may take 5-7 business days for processing and delivery.
The Safer Ohio School Tip Line is a free safety resource available to all Ohio schools. The tip line is an anonymous reporting system that accepts both calls and texts 24 hours a day.

HLSD Physical Education Waiver
This form is for students who have participated in two seasons of district-sponsored high school interscholastic athletics, marching band, or cheerleading and wish to waive the physical education graduation requirement.
College Visit Form for High School Students
This form is for current high school juniors or seniors who wish to take a college visit during the school day.
Scholarships that are available to the graduating seniors in the class of 2021.
